This book has excellent written descriptions and photos; it was a pleasant reading. I’m impressed with the recipes and looking forward to sous vide cooking. First, I want to cook Duck Breast in Orange Sauce or Hawaiian Pork Chops. I like the combination of meat and tropical fruits. Jolene, thanks for the recipes.

With these recipes, cooking becomes a pleasure. Times and temperatures in the recipes are perfect; there is no fuss and stress. A romantic dinner with sous vide Filet Mignons was better than in a restaurant. Also, I liked the recipe Ham and Egg Breakfast. In the evening I just put all the ingredients in the bag and started the cooking, and next morning I received an excellent breakfast. Therefore, 5 Stars!

I’m fascinated by the magic of the sous vide. You can buy cheap, tough cut meat and cook it until tender delicacy. Yesterday I cooked Homemade Corned Beef, and it worked great! There are many good recipes in this book. I will recommend it to my friends.

I’m practicing sous vide cooking and looking for new recipes. In this book, I found wonderful recipes for meat, appetizers, and desserts. My children adore sweets and desserts. I cooked Salted Caramel Ice Cream for them. It was yummy! Soon my son’s birthday and I decided to cook Creme Brulee and Strawberry Mousse for the children’s party.
I think this book is indispensable for those who like to cook and arrange family holidays. The book contains clear instructions and photos of dishes. I recommend.
